What was the best part about using Kixie?
So far, Kixie has been truly amazing and decent in terms of how everything works. I like the ability to listen to and track all conversations with customers, the search function for previous conversations is also amazing. The system also gives you outstandingly detailed and good-looking performance reports, a choice of toll free or even regular numbers, and you also get a good cloud PBX. I honestly like their company and I think they are definitely reliable for everyone.
What would you change about your experience with Kixie?
The few things I disliked include the setup process itself, as it took a while to complete it. Also, the training staff was quite heavy on the pricing, making Kixie's service more expensive than their competitors. Lastly, I did notice that the system itself can get overloaded at certain times, which I disliked. If their services are more premium, they should consider updating their servers.

All in all, I find Kixie and their set of services quite handy, reliable, and even useful. But since they cost quite a lot of money, make sure you do some research, as there might be better solutions for you and your company! But to be honest, Kixie was a far better choice than the previous company I had worked with.
