PipelineDeals

The feature I liked best about PipelineDeals is it's approachability across several stages. I can use it in the office, on my tablet or phone (Android and iPhone)! My sales people have no excuse to not enter their calls and have all their previous call information available to them at a moment’s notice. Here's the object - people will not use what they don't recognize, and the stronger you make it on them the lower the acceptance rate. We were up and running on PipelineDeals in a matter of minutes and haven't looked back.

Earlier I cannot choice out one feature that I dislike but the one major downside is that there is no real disconnected use - which is exactly when you occasionally want to use it most often. When do you have some downtime to deal with your leads and stuff - on a plane etc.? Pure cloud-based solutions have an essential risk. The mobile app continuously shuts down in the middle of adding actions/tasks...losing the whole thing that typed. Need more user friendly tools on the mobile app. would like to view reports and daily activities completed. Trying to use the full web version from a mobile device also proves difficult. I often cannot pull up a list of companies to view.

We love the simplicity and ease of use of the system. It has the required features, but does not clutter the system up with too much. The set-up, data import, and user management is a breeze. The customization of the online interface is very attractive. We are able to use our corporate colors and give our users a real sense that this is a company product that will work for us.
