Reputation Rhino

This is primarily a reputation management company but they are listed but they were listed as a top pay per click management provider on an online review site so I have contacted them to learn their experience and pricing in this regard for our forthcoming PPC campaign. I was interested in their pricing but also other criteria as well such as PPC knowledge, guarantee, responsiveness and overall value. There were several very high quality testimonials available on their site which is great, though none for pay per click management at all which is unfortunate. They have a great blog in which they seem to post to each week consistently and the content is excellent. I like seeing a blog which is active and helpful. When I see an inactive or thin content blog when researching one these world's top rated digital marketing firms it makes you wonder a bit about how much they practice what they teach. And perhaps wonder if the same lack of attention to detail is similar for their client campaigns but this appear not to be an issue with this company.

There was a limited amount of content on their site for any of their services in my opinion, and it's clear they are highly specialized at reputation management because they guarantee this service, but not any of the others they offer that I could see. There are no client case studies for any of their services to show successful performance results using performance metrics at all. There are web design examples but that doesn't qualify much in regards to anything measurable which can be used to verify successful client performance metrics in particular. It's also interesting and not really an issue per say, but there is not a single image on any page I believe other than the home page. There are videos on some of the pages such as SEO and PPC pages but no images anywhere which may make the site more relevant and appealing to some in my opinion. It doesn't say exactly whether by former Walmart and Disney employees that they weren't referring to hosts or greeters but sum them up as experts without mentioning particular staff member at all. They are not currently Google Partner certified when I searched for this.

This company has an impressive 'About Us' page including several references to awards for a few of their services, as well as impressive references for their staff having worked at several major companies in the past. I didn't this company to be in the Better Business Bureau and couldn't find any reviews online other than their website which would help increase the level of transparency. Overall, I received a response from Todd quite quickly which I appreciated though we decided to decided to go another direction I do believe this company is legitimate and can help your business particularly in regards to reputation management.
