What was the best part about using SilkRoad?
Silkroad has a lot of extra features which are very helpful for my business. The layout is quite simple and easy to work with. It saves me time because it lessens my management work. The user guide was so useful to me and it helped me learn how to use the features.
What would you change about your experience with SilkRoad?
There are a few basic actions that Silkroad lacks. Sometimes these actions are essential for the completing some management tasks. The customer care team should also improve their service delivery methods. I expected a free trial period but it was not available. The tasking tool is also not that flexible.
Overall Feedback
I get to manage my accounting system without any hassles of tedious work. The price is very pocket friendly. As per my survey, this software is suitable for small and mid-size businesses. The mobile app is also effective. The Company should keep up the good work. My business is more effective now.
