Zoho CRM is a user-friendly application, even beginners could easily manage its basic functions. It also have easy to understand terminologies such as leads, accounts, contacts, records etc., which are also very easy to create and find. It allows you to store your contacts and other information in one place and its layouts are highly customizable. It also has a good overview of your pipeline, you can easily identify who to follow up. Unlike other software, it provides much more features such as Files Library, Social Media Connectivity, Inventory and others, making it more flexible and convenient to use. It is as well integrated with social media so you can have a better relationship with your customer. A helpful application that will let you automate your business process while having an insight of the behavior of your customer to serve them the best possible way. This doesn't even have complicated setup instructions, you can have access to it anywhere. Either from your computer or any device, it works on the go and very fundamental for us.

About its service, no bad comment so far. This works so much better than the others. Only that it turn out to be a little costly later on, it will require you to pay some of its separate services. But if you are looking for a smart and convenient tool that will allow you to track all the activities you have, then Zoho CRM is just perfect for you.
