What was the best part about using AutoXplorer?

Ebay scam price to get you to buy then charge you a big price top reset the pass word.

What would you change about your experience with AutoXplorer?

Customer service opens when half my day was done. They charged me for Quickbooks integration and it never work, after I spent many hours on it.
