What was the best part about using CallFire?
Callfire is really effective for its cost, and it's quite easy to use, if you're new at it. It is also easy and simple to use when you wish to teach it to others, and even when you're the administrator. Probably the best feature they have is the fact that you can choose a genre of music to listen to while dialing, making the task more fun for all callers. Callfire's usability is absolutely decent!
What would you change about your experience with CallFire?
The site has a few bugs. For example, whenever you try to add funds to your account and use the quick add function, the site doesn't reload as it should. If you hit the refresh button, you will be charged twice...
It's also difficult to set up a phone number. While purchasing them is easy, setting them up with voicemails is such a hard thing to do. The process to assign voicemails was also confusing, and it also seemed like the system was making changes to the voicemail all on its own.
Always have a back up, as Callfire can crash when you need it the most.

As I really enjoyed my time with Callfire's customer service, I advise everyone to contact them as soon as you bump into any trouble. All in all, there are better alternatives to Callfire, as this company has to begin improving things. They're just not that good. Since their system's not always as functional as you'd expect, make sure their agents give you a complete walkthrough!
