What was the best part about using ClickDesk?
ClickDesk is probably the best solution I could find - I was on a long-ish lookout for a chatting system that's customizable and usable at the same time, while making sure nothing goes wrong on the platform itself. You can provide live support with ClickDesk, and to be honest, it was a very pleasant experience, for both me and the client on the other side.

So, I saw what this company has in offer, and after a while, I can say that their services are absolutely satisfactory, and I also can't complain about a thing. A bug can appear here and there, but while I was working on this platform, nothing bad happened. So I have to say - try ClickDesk before you judge them. I absolutely enjoyed working with them.

Truth be told, ClickDesk does look like yet another average platform for managing your own help desk, but I think these guys are actually better than the average performers! Believe me, with these guys, you get control over a very powerful piece of software that is very good for manipulating with every aspect of your help desk. I saw what they have in offer, and after almost half a year, I can still say that their services are absolutely satisfactory, and I can't complain about much. Try this platform yourself!
