What was the best part about using CloudView NMS?

Experience: Somebody advised us CloudView NMS. It looks like this all-in-one multi-user system can monitor anything based on standards. We are MSP (managed service provider) and secure (over SSL) monitoring remote locations from one unified console ("Central Office") is critical for our business. It even allows us creating web-portals (views) so our customers can monitor themselves. It is worth mentioning they do not charge per network size. We are monitoring our AWS servers to know the issues before customers complain... We also monitor remotely (and securely) our infrastructure installed at customer's premises.

What would you change about your experience with CloudView NMS?

Their website does not reflect the value of the software. We had to investigate their free trial thoroughly to see the value
