What was the best part about using GroSocial?

GroSocial is a great software to ensure that you are effectively marketing your products or services through social media. Our company focuses on organic products like soap and shampoos, we never have been this blessed with great number of interested customers, our social media accounts especially our facebook account has never been this visible to our target market.

What would you change about your experience with GroSocial?

There are few hurdles we experienced at first few usage and especially at our launch using the software. There are few functionalities that is not too straight forward for us to understand but what is good about GroSocial is they have great customer service representatives that are always open for questions. It is great to know that we could get immediate responses from them.

Overall Feedback

GroSocial provided us better income returns. Social Media has been a great avenue and medium for us to market our products and services. We were able to project really well with our target market with the help of social media. I am very happy that we all get the chance of working ith GroSocial. A great advantage indeed for us.
