Ease of communication with customer service for billing and tech support. All customer service done in US, never outsourced! Nice people. Good rates. Boy, not sure what the worst part have been because it's been pretty seamless for the past 4 years.

We have grown from zero too tens of millions and Intrix has been there with us along the way. We've had to change limits etc. as we grew but no problem because Intrix proactively assited us and made sure business was done.

if you don't need to contact your credit card processor you've got a lot going for you. When things run smooth, like with Intrix, you don't get a lot of calls from them. The transition was seamless and quick.

it sometimes is a pain to change anything too much in business but if you see a savings and an added benefits then you've just to make the switch. Intrix provided all this.
