It's nothing to worry about in Nexonia which is great.
It's great you can just take an image, quickly sort it using a tag and upload it to your account and it will automatically match it your expense item. This is such as huge time saver compared to the old way of doing things. The receipt images are stored securely so nothing gets lost and there's far less paperwork overall. The ability to utilize GPS tracking is awesome too, so that you don't have to track your mileage manually. It's all done for you which is amazing.
While you can setup approval routing paths for particular expenses and have peace of mind knowing they are forwarded to the right person for approval.
