There was no best part of this point of sale software. SEVERAL "glitches" with systems. The "support" at headquarters favorite answer....."that's still in development".

TOTAL DISASTER POINT OF SALE SYSTEM. SEVERAL "GLITCHES" IN THIS SOFTWARE. OUR BUSINESS OCCURRED A MAJOR DISRUPTION AND UPSET SEVERAL CUSTOMERS. DO NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE.

Beware of this software. It looks great on the outside, the price is right. If you own a full-service Restaurant DO NOT USE.

I never had a chance to work for them. The owner made an offer and illegally retracted said offer based on discrimination.

The entire interview process showed a lack of organization. This will become transparent to any customer looking to use the service.

I applies for a position with this company, clearly over qualified and had salary requirements. They invited me in to interview based on a position that clearly identifies a salary they had no intentions of honoring. Unfortunately for me I placed a current offer on hold to seek this opportunity and was sold as to the environment I was getting into. After I was told I got the job I informed the other company I was no longer interested only to find out an offer came but 25k less than what was advertised, AND 15k less than what I required. When attempting to clarify why these numbers didn't match the owner Mr. Mehta increased his offer by 10k. When I mentioned this was still 5k lower than my requirements but that I would accept his offer he no longer became interested. Transparent discrimination at its' finest and borderline illegal hiring tactics based on the circumstances. Now I am left unemployed all at the hands of an unorganized business owner with clear discrimination. This will show through to the product, relationship with employees and customer service. BUYER AND EMPLOYEES BE WARE!!!

This software is especially spectacular for the easy online ordering which allows our customers to order easily and carefree. That makes the tool incredible to use for both the client and your team! This intelligence is carried through all the functions, starting from employee management and customer management, endin with real-time online reporting and even credit card processing! Despite the great length of feature-set, it is not too hard to use, so even newer team members can get on board with this one easily.

They have pretty much every tool necessary but just one thing missing: tips management. Also when discussing the overall usability, when adding a picture to the menu item buttons, so it would be easier to organize things, it will make the system rather slow so you have to watch out for that.

There is no doubt if any restaurant owner should give this one a try – if you enjoy easy usability together with great tool-set, then there is no other that could compare to this one. Every part of this software is truly mesmerizing and with all the feature set, you can count there is lovely customer service right there to assist you.
