I love using the tool because it makes it super easy to engage with customers in real time. It lets us instantly capture customers' attention and direct them to the right team member. So, the tool will dive into a visitor’s history or keywords and route them to the most appropriate agent, enabling a smooth support experience.

While the tool already boasts an impressive library of templates, I would like to see more templates added to the platform.

For my organization it’s got to be the real-time communication with incoming website visitors and reverting to their queries instantly.

What would you change about your experience with ProProfs Chat?

For now, we’d love to see more chat window customization options. More customization options make the chat window more accessible for our operators.

What was the best part about using ProProfs Chat?

That it is perfect for remote teams too. Like we can interact with another operator while sitting at home and communicate with the customer at the same time. The operator-to-operator chat window feature makes it so easy to collaborate over a returning customer and offer support seamlessly.

What would you change about your experience with ProProfs Chat?

I’d say nothing. That’s because our team went into remote due to COVID and we thought that collaboration would be a challenge. But ProProfs definitely helped us resolve that hurdle.
