Just like any other help desk software, Rhino Support gives you a decent tool for almost every type of organization that needs to set up a decent and functional help desk. I haven't had the chance to use their services for thorough testing, but what I can say is that I'm not that satisfied with everything.

What I can mention is that their UI is not that great, but other than it lacking good quality, I still think Rhino Support is decent, but still, their help desk software was pretty useless. To be honest, I think you can find quite a lot of better alternatives to these guys. At least I love how hard they work on adding new additions to the system itself.

Overall, I would have to say that Rhino Support is in fact an average piece of software for setting up your very own help desk. They're way worse than their competition, the software they provide is quite useless, but it's not the worst one on the market. And although it's a 4 out of 5 for me, I think they're reliable.

rhino ha sno worst part as per of their software level but they dont have integration with different social media apps which concerns me alot . They can add this feature and can work on their free trial for more days which is not provided initially. The rest of the software is fine with live chats and email and thats how it is serving us absolutely.

Overall this company is coming up with the features that you would be wanting in your office. The knowledgeable support system helps you throughout the setup and for any information you required. We are very comfortable with this tool and our system is going fine with it so I would strongly recommend every helpdesk wanted company to atleast try this for once.
