What would you change about your experience with Secure Bancard LLC?

I would like to add ACH services to my portfolio for my clients. Woukd like this to be included in the same platform as credit card processing

Overall Feedback

I own a merchant service group in California. I used Secure Bancard for some of my merchants. My residuals are a great split. Marvin J manage my risk & collections very well on my merchant base & I had no losses for an entire year . Linda setup my clients quickly & correctly the first time. I will continue to use their services.

What was the best part about dealing with Secure Bancard LLC?

They owe me over 5,000 dollars Marvin Johnson is a scam the Feds are already watching the for previous complaints. Because they steal money and Lie. This company provides fraud or scam. Stay away.. The lie and said the send over documents and they don't. It's time for them to get a taste of their of medicine. Karma is a bitch. Thieves and liars. Watch out Feds are watching all of them especially Marvin Johnson. When he goes to federal prison I Will see him in court face to face

Nothing they lie continue stealing money out of your account without your permission. Scam thieves are being watched by the Feds Marvin Johnson is a embarrassment to bank and risk management

Secure Bancard BBB Response

We regret that Ms. ********** has filed this complaint and feel it should be removed. Ms. ********** opened a credit card processing account for her business (AEM Enterprises) with us on April 10, 2015. Her account was closed by our risk area due to a high ratio of customer complaints. Between May 2015 and July 2015 AEM Enterprises processed 12 credit card transactions. Of those 12 processed 7 have been disputed by the cardholder for "Services not Rendered". As a result of these complaints her account was closed. A complete accounting of all funds owed was provide to the merchant along with a refund for the balance. We are happy to provide copies of all communication with Ms. **********, along with all relevant documents, upon request by the BBB.

We ask this complaint be removed

When I called their customer service line, I reached someone each time. Marvin Johnson I spoke with the most and he is professional, honest, and a true expert at this job. He was always able to help me with my services!!!

What would you change about your experience with Secure Bancard LLC?

Wish they would provide other services such as ATM and Gift Card services for businesses.

He is a great employee for Secure Bancard and I would recommend their services to any businesses looking for credit card processing.

They steal money continue taking money out of your account under different names steal money lie cheat and scam this company is full of scam they need to be in the trouble with law enforcement

What would you change about your experience with Secure Bancard LLC?

Stealing money fraud cheat scam nothing is good the lie and say the are going to do something and the don't Risk management would be better giving people there money instead they steal and accuse you of lying. Especially Marvin Johnson very irresponsible person I don't understand how he works for this horrible company

Stealing, fraud they promise to give u money but they don't. The need to be get in trouble I already informed the Feds I will show the recording how Marvin Johnson says he owes me money I had to wait till October now the story is something else. If I was this company the person the first I would get rid of is Risk Management and hire people that people that don't steal
