This was a digital marketing firm I had reached out to learn if they were a great fit for our search engine optimization campaign recently. They had the highest SEO Woorank of any company I researched which was ninety two which was well above the average of seventy five which was outstanding to see as an indicator that they are leading by example. They had several positive testimonials and case studies available with key performance metrics for a variety of their services which I appreciated. They were top rated in the Better Business Bureau which was a level of transparency I liked to see from companies in the digital space. They were Google Partner certified which I was able to verify and helped their credibility. They have happy employees according to one review site online which goes a long way in my books as the employee reviews I read were very positive while testifying to the company's dedication to their clients, education and well being. They maintained a current blog which had some great valuable education for prospects but also indicated that they are leading by example with regards to staying current with their knowledge in the industry.

There were a couple of negative reviews I found online but the one from a former customer didn't provide more than a short paragraph with very little explanation beyond their basic complaint of no results which leads me to believe their clients expectations were not managed correctly somehow, so it's wasn't a factor in our decision. However it would have been good to see a response from this company addressing it one way or another. The other was an unhappy former employee and I don't give much value to it as all of the others were really positive and pointed out that this was a generally unhappy person all around. So neither were deal breakers in my opinion and things happen in business especially in this space. And the top BBB rating with no complaints in three years pretty much told me everything I needed to know.

When I clicked submit to send my contact and project information a partial error occurred so resubmitted my information hoping it had gone through. It turns out it had gone through and their rep was politely very persistent though their pricing was way out of our scope as a start up. While I appreciate it is a competitive space we are entering their prices were considerably higher than nearly all other companies I had contacted. However, I do believe this is a top notch company that can deliver results and they are experts in their field who can deliver results.
