What was the best part about using Tellwise?
TellWise is a prospecting and customer engagement software which has several useful sales based features in your central account. I like that you have email and voice calling capabilities in your account. The live feed with email responses is cool to get an overall view at a glance. And the analytic reporting is quite solid which helps you know who is opening up and clicking your messages which is good.
There is a free trial available without a credit card required so this is the best way to see if it works best for your company. If you are currently using SalesForce, Gmail or Microsoft Outlook then it will increase your team efficiency and performance certainly. The user interface is intuitive and easy to learn and start using immediately which is good.
There is a template feature available which allows you to save standard forms and responses which you can personalize quickly and save a lot of time when engaging your customers this way. The Library tab contains other assets which you can store and utilize as well including various file types like Word, Powerpoint, or image files which you can use to increase engagement as well.
Everything about this software is simple to use and effective in it's purpose of helping increase customer engagement and to facilitate stronger relationships. While not mind blowing or different in a particular way from others which completely differentiates it at all, but it does provide a good variety of communication channels which sync to Gmail, Outlook and SalesForce effectively.
There is also a good amount of education and sales based resources available on the site which is empowering. It's nice to see videos in your account to help you learn more than just how to use the features, but how to become better at selling while increasing your engagement and streamlining your workflow.
What would you change about your experience with Tellwise?
This software is interesting in the sense it is not a full blown customer relationship management solution yet you can integrate with SalesForce. It's too bad SalesForce doesn't have this functionality built into it. Their pricing model is far too aggressive to include this much value to their end users in my opinion. So you have to purchase one or more third party recurring subscriptions on top of their CRM to create an effective selling platform.
The pricing of TellWise is quite expensive considering you may have a SalesForce subscription as well, though perhaps it contains more SalesForce functionality for the price than having to utilize two or threes others in addition to SalesForce otherwise. If you haven't discovered ActiveDemand.com you can find similar features and functionality for seven dollars per month. In fact, there are more features available including call tracking, robo call campaigns, automatic lead distribution, automatic email nurturing, social media posting in addition to email marketing and voice calling with tracking. It is an absolutely incredible marketing platform in terms of value. There is also Robly to consider for their email marketing which has a their AI, OpenGen and Intelliset technologies which help ensure you are landing in the inbox. And of course, MailChimp or Aweber integrations available in several amazing CRM's such as Pipeliner CRM which is spectacular and much better in terms of overall value offered compared to TellWise.
Overall Feedback
If you're using SalesForce this will be one of the better choices in terms of the secondary subscription you will need to purchase in order to actually engage in prospecting through your CRM. This company has some big companies as clients which is cool, yet I would have to assume they are using SalesForce and didn't have much of a choice but to seek out another third party to help with prospecting and tracking. Together they are definitely an effective combination, but I honestly do not believe the value of this software by itself offers as much as many others do which integrate with more than two dozen CRM's not just SalesForce, or have advanced contact management included, and many more integrations besides four.
