What was the best part about using Topsy?

Topsy has made twitter a good medium for marketers to market and publicize their products and services. Our market truly increases through the coverage and data we gathered using Twitter. We were able to get data that we need to ensure that we are providing our prospect clients with what they want to see

What would you change about your experience with Topsy?

Not actually a dislike since obviously the software is made just for twitter media. It would be best though if the tool could also be used to generate reports from different social media sites like facebook, instagram etc. but in terms of the data we received from Topsy, we were able to conquer twitter.

Overall Feedback

Twitter is one of the most known social media sites now and using Twitter as a medium to check on the overall temperature of our target market. Our sales truly increase due to the data we gather from Twitter. I am really happy that we are now using Topsy to get more clients.
