What was the best part about using Track-It!?
Although they're not the best, I do like the adaptability of the program to meet some of the most basic needs. The Help Desk module delivers all the information needed to allow competent ticket resolution to end users. It's indeed reliable, and although there is quite a number of better companies, I trust Track-It!, because they're reliable for me. Even their support center is good.
What would you change about your experience with Track-It!?
As of now, I really have nothing bad to say about my experience with this company. Except the fact that they are a bit heavy on the price tags, but that's probably because they are the best ones around. I really appreciate their work, and I honestly think they are trying their best to keep all of their customers satisfied. The few bugs you might find on their system are absolutely ignorant, and I believe most of you won't even notice them. The people working there are great!

The least I can say is - give this company a shot! I believe you'll be just as satisfied as me, because their services are affordable, and everything found in their software works like a charm. Follow their instructions to get started, since the software itself is quite easy to use, but when in doubt, contact customer support, as they will help you with any questions that you might have.
