What was the best part about dealing with Typework Studio?

I hired Typework to create a logo and nothing about dealing with this company was pleasant.

What would you change about your experience with Typework Studio?

The owner, Jason Feltz is the worst part about this company. He does not care about his clients which was evident by the way he spoke to me and treated me.

Overall Feedback

The logos provided to me were not unique or to my satisfaction. The logos are not created from scratch but rather are chosen from a catalog per Jason Feltz which is not what he told me prior to me hiring him. He refused to refund me. One of the logos that was presented to me is already being used by another company and the rest lacked any creativity and were horrible.

This review says more about the client than it does about the company. So you weren't happy with the product. Big deal. Move on. Maybe your expectations weren't reasonable. Did you thoroughly vet the company and explore the sort of product they offer before contracting them to work for you? Are we to think that you liked the presentation of their other graphic designs, but that suddenly offered you an inferior product. Anyhow, this all sounds like sour grapes. Why is it that most online company reviews are from angry customers?
