What was the best part about using Vivantio Pro?
I find Vivantio Pro to be quite the average help desk software - just as the title itself suggests. What I find to be most pleasing about this company is the fact that there's no special training required to set up the system; as far as that goes, everything was amazingly good, and I really enjoyed the ease of creating new tickets. For those few features, I give these guys props!
What would you change about your experience with Vivantio Pro?
There are not many issues to address here, but some that might be worth mentioning include the system's performance itself, which is quite slow. It makes every other experience dreadful and dull. The other thing I should mention is the slow reporting system, and with that said, I really think Vivantio needs better developers, because their platform is far away from those better ones. But other than that, everything else was absolutely fine.

Should you try Vivantio Pro? I think the answer is yes, mostly because their platform's pretty functional - it does get slow and difficult to handle at certain times, but for small businesses, Vivantio Pro is quite a good pick. Still, there are better alternatives out there, and before making your choice, be sure to do some research on all shortlisted companies that provide help desk software.
