The documentation is not pretty clear and the tool seems to hang around causing time delays and when you are approaching the deadline it also causes frustration to the users. It would have been nice if the users are provided with the option to use video tutorials like the other software.

WinRX is a pharmacy management software that does not have any functionality disadvantage. It attracts all the users into a functionality which makes the software easy to use. The tool is designed in such a way that the user needs not worry about the functionality which is new but simple to use.
