What was the best part about using AllProWebTools?
AllProWebTools is a comprehensive suite of sales and business management software as a service available starting at ten dollars per month for their starter package. And you can add modular components ongoing for an additional cost as well. I believe the full cost to have all modules and premium support currently comes to $579 USD per month, though when you consider the cost of a brick and mortar local business. This solution enables you to have a global business and a local business if that`s your choice. There`s a demo you can login into and try for free with no credit card required if you`re just checking it out.
The modules are very diverse and range from website design, customer relationship management to email marketing, time tracking, ecommerce, landing pages, subscriber and customer forms and reporting analytics with several functions available within each of the main components. The software is very intuitive to learn and begin using immediately. And your account functionality loads quickly which is great.
The prospecting tool they have is pretty cool and quite unique in the market. I have only seen something similar as a standalone software as a service. It enables you to generate new leads which are imported into your CRM by pinning a map and having the GPS sync up automatically, and it scrapes your prospect's website for all of the information you need and imports this into your CRM as well which is awesome.
There is a ton of features and functionality available in one place using AllProWebTools and that's great. It's like having a pimped out CMS and marketing platform along with lead generation and CRM all in one place because that's what it is though there is some setup to do initially and as you add contacts, the overall level of automation is very good and a huge time saver. I also like having the Home page with all of your activity available on a single page at a glance.
What would you change about your experience with AllProWebTools?
I wish there was drag and drop technology utilized in several modules. It`s simply faster and more productive and it may sound silly but it`s more enjoyable to do all day long. Though the menu navigation is well setup and unfolds the information is a clearly labeled, tiered fashion which is still quite effective, the user of drag and drop within the CRM for example, is one usage in particular that is nice to have in your deals or opportunities tab, in my opinion. Unless I am mistaken about this as I am experiencing the demo currently as I do intensive research into the best CRM for our startup moving forward. The time tracking feature could be improved, I would like to see screenshots as well as keyboard and mouse activity something similar to HubStaff, so you can hold your team better accountable by viewing the desktop and actual engagement with the task at hand. I would like to see Instagram integrated as one of the social media networks available as well because a large percentage of our demographic use this site.
Overall Feedback
The ability to manage contacts and projects along with create a website and utilize a membership and ecommerce, as well as email marketing, time tracking and view all of the relevant reports to help you optimize company performance further at these prices is great, relatively speaking. And I like the idea of having so much under the hood so to speak without having to integrate as many third parties. It seems the company is quite responsive to user requests which is good though have yet to contact them myself personally. The ability to grow into your account is a nice option. Though it`s quite an aggressive pricing model relatively speaking it`s quite a bit more affordable than SalesForce with the same modular components. I would venture a guess that the equivalent solution using SalesForce would likely be at least two or three thousand dollars per month.
