"Knowing" our customers has helped as take the right actions to keep them happy and reduce any potential churn.

Nothing worth mentioning so far. The UI of the product looks a little bit outdated but the new update that it is about to be launched is great. In the past the reports that were available in the software were quite limited but now i have to admit they have more than we need.

CX Group is fair priced software giving valuable products in the free demonstration as well a better time for the learning of the tools. I like it but it can more competitive by making the features as responsive as promised in the market. It is simple for the users but more simplified features will turn the software into the right competition.

I can say the free demonstration was nice and it was helpful for me to learn about the way this works. The tool works pretty simple based on the input from the customers and they are successful when you are transferring the information outside the organisation but when it comes to the internal procedures or sharing the information within the organisation then it appears to be painful which is not good.

Our client is very satisfied on the services that we offer to them and most all it helps them to reduce their burden. The features and the CRM of the software are really a user-friendly and easy to use.

I don’t have any negative concern regarding the product, yet at first the glitches are experienced. I really have nothing to say, other than the software had some glitches at first. Late reporting, not all data accounted for, some feedback scores were not calculated correctly. When I gave some time to adjustments, I saw how powerful the software was and how it could help my business grow in terms of customers and response.

An overall beautiful user interface that works on desktop and on my mobile, CX group is a full-featured customer service experience. It offers analytics for your audience, options for feedback by your consumers and even webinars and training if you get stuck using it. There are some minor technical issues, but just give it time.

CX Group is a great platform to provide companies enough information to provide their customers better customer service. We value our customers very much thus we started using CX Group. Retaining customers has been an easy task for us since we are getting predictive reports on different behaviors of our customers online thus giving us ideas on what they search and look for.

The report that we are receiving sometimes came in a bit late and actually not real time. I am not sue of the exact cause though but since we are getting the report that we need I do not have any issues or too much to rant about. Overall this is still a robust tool perfect for customer experience and retention of customers.
