It includes scheduler, patient documentation, EHR, inventory, lab orders and billing. Solid and integrated. I really liked it.

Compared to other options, a starting price superior to 150$ per month is a little high. So, the only detail that could be added as a downside is the price. Of course, this is a subjective view since what I might consider expensive could be taken as regular for other users. But it is a great tool in general.

First aspect you’ll encounter with Filopto is its’ immensely easy, comprehensive interface that is 100% user-friendly, therefore ensuring you won’t be having much hassle operating its’ modules. Further help comes from the in-system educational handouts by the way. Also, the EMR can determine the best E&M code, therefore increasing your productivity and service fee.

If to mention a few of the tweaks that could be improved, firstly I’d say the updates are somewhat strange – not only don’t they mention what exactly was there changed (so expect a little hide-and-seek), the updates tend to cause a break-down to the system. Another notable aspect is it’s a bit complex records print-up.

Filopto is not one of your run-on-the-mill kind of programs. Quite contrary, despite the lacks in some functionality after updates, on a daily basis the tool proves to be not only well-operational, but very useful and handy for all occassions, varying from patient management to finances.
