InfoFlo Software gathers data from all platforms and helps me to generate more contacts. It helps me best in contact management, relationship management and finally sharing with the customers. InfoFlo Software provides the users with high lead management power. It has the capacity to attach quotes in emails, notes and other useful tasks. It helps to save all those tasks too.

Its efficiency is admirable but it is difficult kind of software. Working of features is slow but reliability of the results is good. It helps the users but after having sometime, when users take keen interest then it is not difficult one. I have found this useful smaller sized firms. It will be slow with the medium ones. For the developers, it is easy to manage their target of medium sized firms. They can make it better.

InfoFlo Software is nice tool with smart features. Its tasks provides the best view of contact management. It collects the database management and turns it into new CRM. It helps to generate notes for me and manages my old notes that I can see anytime. Leads opportunity is another tools for creation of new contacts. It is reliable one and user friendly software.

Very affordable CRM initial cost. It have a nice user interface and look really simple for anyone who do not have CRM backgound.

I could not get past the test period. I always encounter problems. I started using on a Server 2012 machine with 4 users. Backup takes forever! You cannot use it while it is in backup mode. Vendor's recommendation BUY Schedule Backup add-on. $79 x 4. I was advised to run it on Windows 10 to improve performance - nothing else running on that PC. No difference. And the worst part, I only have 270 contacts and it consumed more than 700 GB space! And it literally crashed the PC having used the entire 1 TB drive - with only 270 contacts (?) Whenever I get in touch with support, they will recommend to buy on-line support @ $149/hour. To solve storage issue, upgrade to SQL Server, $ 249 , etc..etc.. So, What would I change? Change to another CRM.

I had problem where whole thing crashed and stopped working. I Tried to contact support but they will not give you assistance without buying at least an hour of support @ $149. No thank you. I am going to stop using this unreliable InfoFlo CRM.

Overall this product is very good and easy to use but the best part I like about this is tracking of leads and opportunities available for leads. Another good part is what impresses me a lot is the customised dashboard which makes it easy for me to manage my work in an efficient manner.

Like that there is nothing much to indicate as its flows as it already has tried to make itself very strong tool with all the possible integrations still o would suggest that they work on more their user guide and customer support where they can improve little more and become the best in the market.

InfoFLo is very useful Contact Management System for all type of organisations.Ita all features are very good and required for all type of organisations hence I have been using it since a long time now and would definitely recommend this product to many more.It consist most of the features from outlook and give us the flexibility for working all in one system. The user-friendly phone system has removed all the gaps and has provided the best integration. Quick book synchronisation makes it triple impressive as it is very easy to invoicing while working in Info Flo.

InfoFlo is a customer relationship management software which is unique in that you can purchase a lifetime license with free lifetime updates for under one hundred bucks which is really good value. The email integration is very good you can add your Gmail, Outlook or even Yahoo account to this CRM which is a first in my research among this type of software. I also like the phone and map integrations which enable you to have the geographic data required and make contact directly from your software which is great. The business card scanning is another useful feature which would save a lot of time. I've had the duty of adding this information manually to a spreadsheet for a couple of sales jobs in the past and it can be a hassle. You're dashboard is very well setup if a bit old school in it's design. The dashboard tab gives you a good overall view of your account activity at a glance. There's a lot of additional functionality but the rest of the menus don't clutter up the available space. It's very intuitive and easy to use and get started right away. There's a nice amount of customization possible as well. You can create custom dashboards easily and tweak the settings to suit your needs. The email marketing component is solid as well with an editor built in as well as I like the Skype integration that is possible. I use Skype a lot for business and in a variety of way including instant messaging, video conferencing and inbound sales phone calls so it's a really valuable integration that's somewhat surprisingly lacking in a lot of popular customer relationship managements softwares as a service. I've not contacted the company about my Gmail issue yet as it's not currently business hours but I've read their support is terrific.

To be honest it's not able to verify my Gmail account which is the first I've done since installing the software. I've confirmed my username and password are correct so that's frustrating to experience right off the bat. If you're used to another customer relationship management software there will be a bit of a learning curve in order to utilize InfoFlo to it's full potential. None of the features are massively complicated or anything like that but there's just a lot going on and it takes time for you to get your head around how it all works in this particular software system. The software itself in terms of design is quite old. This style of software was common in the early 2000's I believe and could use an overhaul but it's a cosmetic issue that doesn't overly affect your workflow in a negative way. Another small feature I like in a CRM is drag and drop technology especially in the stages area of your pipeline which is more efficient use of your time and in any software generally feels more productive using less clicks. I've read that the account may not populate correctly when you add data from your iPhone. So it would be nice to see a natively integrated app which works as well as the software.

I like the fact that's it's a one time purchase certainly. That's a rare thing in the industry to see and makes it a very viable fully functional option for smaller business as well as mid-size businesses. You're limited scale up your data based on the amount of storage you have on your server if you choose the downloaded software installation locally or you can have you install in the cloud so to have increased access on mobile devices. The add-ons you can purchase such as Quickbooks integration or call recording are $69 per user, for life as well so that's great overall value. It's really easy software to use and contains all of the control you want to bring your product or service to market while keeping your sales pipeline moving forward in the most optimal, organized way while utilizing email marketing and phone capabilities to reach out.

The way the InfoFlo connects and communicates with other programs creates many efficiencies that we would not otherwise have. Everyday our team seems to find new way to utilize the functions within InfoFlo and helps us all to do better do our jobs and communicate large amounts of customer and product information across the company. The service and support we have received has been top level and invaluable to the success in implementing the system. The best part for us is that we continue to grow and evolve as a company the system can grow and evolve with us.

The lack of a Mac specific program (despite work around available) can be annoying and we look forward to the release of a mobile version of the program.

InfoFlo has been a huge help for our company as we continue to grow. Having the ability to customize and use the system in a way that best fits our business makes it feel like the system was custom built for us. The layout and functionality of the system makes it very easy to use and very easy to understand and navigate, even for our team members who are highly tech savvy.
