We would have liked to have had more extensive training so adapting to the tool would have been easier. At first, Movgistics CRM can be somewhat head-spinning due to extensive feature set but once you get accustomed to it, it will be easy and intuitive for you in any ways. It has most managing tools you could need, including lead management which is greatly helpful for generating steady, profitable client relationships.

Customer support is amazing from Movgistics CRM since the support team has delivered good help guides , tutorials and they are assisting each customer in implementing their solution . Movgistics CRM has a pretty nice design and easy to navigate user interface.
