We get real time reporting which is essential, export and import of data is easy, and there is awesome customer support. As importantly, you can use the software equally on both desktop and your mobile devices.

In my opinion, Salesforce has been a bit slow to update many of their legacy functionality, which can be frustration.
As there are almost unlimited possibilities, you can easily get overwhelmed by a huge palette of information and resources.
The pricing is quite steep. When you compare it with other similar software, i can say it's expensive.
