Salesforce is a monster. As a web designer with a software engineering foundation, I can't resist the urge to support programs that are worked with adaptability at the bleeding edge. What was the best part about using Salesforce Sales Cloud?
Salesforce CRM is very easy to set up and implement too fast. I can handle the diverse variety of businesses in just one account now. They manage email campaign so perfectly with the help of their tool. I feel like I am using service of automation studio. This tool is user-friendly, highly interface and functional. The data can import and export so easily and in less time. This software is also available for mobile phones. The staff support is really impressive as they provide us responsive service and handle the issue with great care.
What would you change about your experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud?
Sometimes I had to refresh the page to complete my work. The navigation process is bit slow. To get the benefit of their subscription we have to need full -time developer. The cost of this software is even costly because of its robust and advanced functions. Salesforce is not suitable for the individual as its cost is too high, so large enterprises can only bear it. Even this tool is not working completely on Google chrome. Its working is too slow for my work. The undo function sometimes does not work.

The best feature of Salesforce CRM is its social studio option which provides an option to postpone for many days. They always updated their services. Salesforce not only manages my business but also improve my business progress report. It even increases more customers towards my business. They perfectly provide us CRM functional software. They even provide us free trial before charging any service which is great step to introduce their software. The features of the software are really useful and time effective, So I recommended to you all just give a try for this software it will work for you sure. The customer care support is really good and responsive

What was the best part about using Salesforce Sales Cloud?
There is no doubt that SalesForce services are one of the greatest CRM's system ever. It's a standard in the industry. There are thousands of companies that has adopted SalesForce since early beginning. Many call tracking software can be integrated and used all along with Salesforce. The company offers good documentation and has plenty of other software including CRM.
What would you change about your experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud?
SalesForce may be more expensive than many other service but it offers very powerful environment for customer relationship management. Saleforce offers many other tools like SalesforceIQ, Marketing Cloud. They have got an eye catching and pleasant User Interface for of their platforms and products. They have a great customer services and helpful support.
If you have limited budget to invest into a CRM software than you may consider the most powerful alternative to Salesforce which is ZOHO CRM which doesn't lack any feature.

No matter CRM system you are integrating even the high end system from Salesforce, it all depends on how you use it and implement it into your business. CRM system is no more than a database. You need reports about your marketers efforts, open quotes, new opportunities, recent activities and lost sales. You truly need a good CRM administrator to extract most of your choosen CRM system. Many people argue that CRM system are not more important than the act of selling. So sales people should focus on selling not entering data. But still CRM could keep things organized for your team for better performance.

What was the best part about using Salesforce Sales Cloud?
"The feature which I like the most in Salesforce are the reports. There are so many different types and formats of reports that the information you can pull is not measurable. Currently using the reports for forecasting, prospecting, and on account activity.
It's a very user friendly software that it can be easily integrated into any sales team.
Also one more thing which I like the most is that support ,learning materials for Salesforce through online. There are lot of study materials available for Salesforce for one to start with."
What would you change about your experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud?
"I dont have much to say on the worst part of the sales force but I have concern on the pricing factor.The cost is a little higher when compared to some of the other CRMs available in the market. This might keep smaller organizations from using this product. May I prefere to see lower cost options from Salesforce team.
Eventhough the price is a drawback but honestly this is the only concern about this CRM but personally ,return on investment should be able to convince you."

"Overall, CRM is very important to any customer-oriented team. Salesforce exceeded my team's expectations .I would suggest to evaluate as many CRMs as you can before making a decision.
Saelsforce is very easy to learn, and easy to set-up. Also one more advantage in Saleforce is easy to implement and highly customizable.
For those who can afford to spend more and have a quality product, definitely can pitch in for Salesforce CRM"

What was the best part about using Salesforce Sales Cloud?
Salesforce is a cloud based CRM application used for customer relationship management. Salesforce is a complete suite of applications for Small, Medium and Enterprise organizations. The main focus of Salesforce is on Sales and Support. My favorite feature in Salesforce is reporting. You can get different types of reports. I used reports for keeping an eye on Account Activity.
What would you change about your experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud?
There few disadvantages of Salesforce application. CRM is a bit complex when using it as an Application Tracking System. Technical support for Small Business is not up to the mark. Also there is a performance issue. Navigation between different pages are slow and also loading of some pages are also slow. If you don't put the effort in to really learn how to optimize your usage, then you might not get enough benefit from Salesforce as a user
Overall Feedback
If you are working for Enterprise organization then I will recommend Salesforce due to core its features. But If you are working for Small organization then you have many other applications that will be used to manage your Sales Activities. Also it's interface is simple and easy to use. So I will highly recommend Saleforce CRM for Enterprise applications

With Salesforce CRM now it is easy to have cloud computing via mobile as it is a trend and technology is going towards smart phones. It is the easier way to have customer service relationship where companies can get it as a tool. It has all the features for industries, customers and communities. Anyone can use it by having a look on the services portion and their is also a free service demo that is helpful for the new users.

Nothing is negative there as the entire software has segments and parts that can be seen by the captions and under those captions all the features are discussed in detail. Companies can use it for CRM purpose where they can save the data of the customers and safety of the data is an excellent feature of this software. One can hardly found problem in this software.

All in all Sales force CRM is an aw-sum solution for the companies who wants to save the data of their buyers for future. This software can help to find the loyal and trendy customer for the companies. It is safe and excellent part are the features and services of the software. What was the best part about using Salesforce Sales Cloud?
Once I got the hang of it, I fell in love with this software in no time. I can do so many things at the same time with the help of the software's "little hacks". We’ve improved and maintained great relationship with our clients using this software and in turn, our sales have greatly increased!
What would you change about your experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud?
Not really the "worst", but I'd say just one thing a new user should include in his/her expectations on his/her first use of the software - that's the biiiiig patience it would take for you to understand it all. Because the software is so powerful, you have to go through quite amount of time to understand everything - but in the end, it will all makes sense!
Overall Feedback
If you are an owner of a small-medium sized business, there's no better help to skyrocket your sales but to use Salesforce! (Did I just sound like I'm promoting it? Lol) Trust me, I've been there, done that. It could be a little challenging at first to get to know the software but everything will be worth it in the end!

What was the best part about using Salesforce Sales Cloud?
Managing business if not approached in the right way, it can really take so much of your time. From organizing information such as your contacts, everyday tasks, appointments, meetings, and planning promotions, all these activities are pain in the Ass for a business owner like me. That is why I am so grateful for those individuals who took advantage in using their expertise and made Salseforece CRM software.
I've been using Salesforce CRM software for almost a year now and I can totally see bigger difference on how I handle things right now compared before. My business is not Big, but the work needed is still so overwhelming, but through this I was able to save time in setting my appointments, save important files, check my emails, and see my contacts in just one place! That's a great bonus for me as a business owner.
What would you change about your experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud?
I like how the software functions, how fast it is, and the overall User's interface. However the Users Interface I think is not that interactive, you need to really know the software first before you can navigate in it smoothly. The second thing, I am not satisfied with in Salesforce CRM software is their simplistic approach in designing the software. As a user I want it to be more pleasing to the eye. That's all I'm concerned with but I know the developers will have this in their mind in the next update.

If you are a business owner like me who wants to upgrade their management methods, I recommend a software like Salseforce CRM. I know they have some other competitions around but I think this software is worth trying. They have a very responsive team of Customer Service who will answer all your questions and guide you all the way! The Price is okay, and I think it will be worth it for you to purchase it.

Salesforce.com is that the most significant tool in running our business. Most of the organization across the world uses this tool on a daily basis. it is likewise utilized as our essential reporting apparatus in deals and advertising. Salesforce has an exceptionally instinctive dashboard and reporting interface. SalesForce takes into consideration all colleagues to work together and track customers in one clean enclosure.
What would you change about your experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud?
All over salesforce crm is work well but some issue get slow takes more time in generating or updating report. Also i am not happy with customer service. Salesforce CRM does not offer an excess of various format or frameworks on pages, when its come to tweaking the "look" of stage, its verging on unimaginable.It is difficult for the average client to roll out improvements to the design of Salesforce or include/evacuate components and functionalities.

Salesforce CRM dashboard is nice and we can Keeping track of events, tasks, and calls. Best part it is cloud based, we can access during time we are not in office. It really help me in tracking sales figure and maintain client data It has large user community support Overall review i love to rate this 8 out 10.

We can easily manage our sales system and Service system in Salesforce and manage your sales and service team is on one platform.
Salesforce provide robust security as It is hosted in the cloud and provides a ton of unique features like page layouts,
Custom fields & objects, validation rules, workflow & approval process, robust security model, multiple currency and multiple languages.
What would you change about your experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud?
On Salesforce CRM we have four Editions and the editions are low in price such as SalesforceIQ Starter edition which is 25 US Dollar per month with Professional edition which is 65 US Dollar per month we receive feedback from clients that they have limited features in cheaper license and the price rise up one we include number if users and most of the clients are complaining about limited features in these license.
Overall Feedback
Incredibility flexible platform, we can manage complete business like Sales cloud, Service Cloud, Recruiting system or even Human resource management system and much more.
We have Configuration Features as Page Layouts,Custom Fields & objects,Validation Rules,Workflow & Approval Process.
A part of that we can purchase App exchange Apps from App exchange as per requirement and integrate it into our salesforce CRM.
