What was the best part about using Salesforce Sales Cloud?
With Salesforce CRM now it is easy to have cloud computing via mobile as it is a trend and technology is going towards smart phones. It is the easier way to have customer service relationship where companies can get it as a tool. It has all the features for industries, customers and communities. Anyone can use it by having a look on the services portion and their is also a free service demo that is helpful for the new users.
What would you change about your experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud?
Nothing is negative there as the entire software has segments and parts that can be seen by the captions and under those captions all the features are discussed in detail. Companies can use it for CRM purpose where they can save the data of the customers and safety of the data is an excellent feature of this software. One can hardly found problem in this software.
