What was the best part about using Salesnet?
The customization and flexibility of the application. From field name, to information sort; designs to forms. The flexibility is unmatched to whatever else we have thought about or utilized beforehand. The application is genuinely 100% versatile to any vertical with our Civil Law Enforcement being a standout among the most basic. Time affect-ability and exactness have no edge in our profession and we couldn't meet these requests without Salesnet.
What would you change about your experience with Salesnet?
It took a few hours for me to alter the item to how I need to function with in it, yet with an extremely restricted comprehension of the framework, I could falter through it without extra IT help, and this got simpler as I improved comprehension of the structure. I am not extremely technically knowledgeable. So I am not certain I would incline toward this as a negative. Taking all things into account it was obviously better than anticipated.
Overall Feedback
It is useful to the organization to be extremely legit and open in your assessment. Play around with every one of the components. Call client administration with any inquiries you have. Attempt to run a few reports, gaze upward customers and contacts, attempt to utilize a modest bunch of elements. What was the best part about using Salesnet?
The structure of SalesNet and the organization of data all together are superior to some other CRM tools I have used in the. Reporting into Excel also seems like a much better feature than what I have experienced with other tools in the past. Warm recommendations, as I think they're pretty good.
What would you change about your experience with Salesnet?
I would have to think hard to find a dislike, as I think there are non. During my experience with Salesnet, I found their support and development teams very responsive to our every need. They work with us to understand our needs and incorporate them into future enhancements when they make sense.
Overall Feedback
It is a great tool and it will give you as much as you want to take from it. I recommend everyone to have a team leader working with the Salesnet team if you're new to them. The Salesnet team wont make it right if you are not there, and if you need this tool to work on tablets or smart phones, you just gotta find an alternative. Top marks for these people!

What was the best part about using Salesnet?
"SalesNet is one of the user-friendly and efficient CRM tool available in the market. It has customizable tabs, sort by features and numerous other contact categories functions which I found to be more interesting part
The Salesnet Process Builder allows you to design custom workflows for your business practices
Customized dashboards and reports are the other features which I like the most.
With Salesnet, you can create and modify the information on your accounts when there is no Internet connection, as it automatically syncs once internet connections are available to the web. Salesnet also offers mobile app for Android, BlackBerry, Windows, and iPhone devices . Hence this feature makes the accessibility available anywhere instead of sitting and monitoring on the computer"
What would you change about your experience with Salesnet?
"User interface could have been better when compared to other competitors in the market.
customer support functionality is another missing functionality.If a customer has an problem with the product, there is no way for you to track customer cases inside the Salesnet. Most of the companies may not go for separate software for customer support functionalities.
Managing the inventory is not supported in salesnet
No third-party app options is available for sales net which makes the system customization as limited.
There is no option for integration with social media

What was the best part about using Salesnet?
The best thing about Salesnet is too many features under one tool which is amazing for me. The like the Contact Management module. The best thing about Contact Management is you can keep track of all your contacts very easily. You can add new contacts as well as update existing one. You can integrate Salesnet with Gmail, Hotmail and Outlook as well. You can also import and export contacts from any Third Party application.
What would you change about your experience with Salesnet?
The worst thing about Salesnet is that they are not offering Trial version. I have tried to find a trial version but did not get it. The only option I have seen is paid version. Although Price is low but being a modern days app they need to offer trial version of at least 30 days. Apart from it is excellent tool for small and mid sized business. Customer support is awesome. You can also get user manuals from their website.
Overall Feedback
The feedback for Salesnet is excellent. You can enjoy too many features using a single product. These features are Online CRM, Contact Management, Salesforce integration, Lead Management, Contact Management and Customer engagement etc. Price is low as compare to other similar products. Compatibility is not an issues with the latest browsers and mobile sets. Interface is user friendly. I am happy with the way Salesnet is helping me to run my business smoothly.

What was the best part about using Salesnet?
Salesnet is no difference from any other CRM softwares. but it cost less and provides the same solution with other sales and or CRM softwares in the market. I have not tested thoroughly the tool but it is easy to understand and functions are basic and simple. I'm hopeful that there'll be more improvements to the tool
What would you change about your experience with Salesnet?
Salesnet is simple and has limited options for customization to adapt to your sales and marketing workflow. I don't see this tool fit for Medium and large enterprise at the moment given that the credibility of this tool is not yet tested. I think we need further testimonials from sales experts.

I don't really recommend this tool if you are up for quality, effectivity and efficiency. I'm not saying that Salesnet can't provide all your operations requirements but its all about the credibility. the functions in the dashboard is simple and smart. I guess that's what we can consider should you really desire to get this tool

What was the best part about using Salesnet?
We often have to manage our long list of clients and our staffs. Our business doesn't deal with a continuous business with the certain clients but our business also deals with clients who are inactive for several weeks and spend a month or two in assigning work so we need to keep constant follow up with them so its was very easy to gather any data from the salesnet.
What would you change about your experience with Salesnet?
Customizing is the great relief for any software but the level of difficulty in customizing the platform is high. So it's not the user-friendly application as it meant to be, its advanced search option also doesn't seem to be easy to use. It makes us to choose a better platform when we are grown much bigger firm than now.
Overall Feedback
We currently have few regular clients and a slight increase in the inconstant clients. Salesnet suits for small firms but no one is going to be small firm forever. It's customizing options are worthy to understand but it takes a lot of time to understand their options. It's got a lot of options and they are arranged as if it's cumbersome.

What was the best part about using Salesnet?
It is always boring and tiring to manage the long list of your employees and clients. It helps you grow your business and keep their contacts safely even the new ones. You follow up your clients so smoothly and nothing goes amiss. Salesnet is the software and you will love the results.
What would you change about your experience with Salesnet?
Salesnet is not easily customizable. It is so different from other platforms making it difficult to use it the way you want. They need to improve it because as a business grows it becomes impossible to use and that means they lose clients. People need a platform that can be customized to fit their needs.
Overall Feedback
Using Salesnet will definitely increase the number of clients in your business. It is excellent for every small business and it will enable you grow within a short time. But, you end up ditching it because it’s not customizable and therefore will not fit needs of a large scale business.

What was the best part about using Salesnet?
To be able to customize typically the process or the workflow and also report alternatives to fit the business is a great feature. Especially when working inside a business that requires considerable sub-contracting as well as re-selling, Salesnet is exactly what you need. In addition, managing contacts and projects on both attributes is easy when using Salesnet. Moreover, the ability to search through Salesnet database regarding specific details is always a crucial capability.
What would you change about your experience with Salesnet?
I have to say that the one thing which I wish I had the ablity to change would be to simplify the Salesnet customization process. Obviously when trying to adapt any program to meet particular needs to any organization it will require a few work to be done. Perhaps some training courses that will allow the person using it to identify several areas where they are able to do some from the work on their own.

If you prefer a more amicable experience together with your CRM representative, Salesnet may be the way to go. They are most of the times quick to setup a meeting plus they ask a number of questions to determine what difficulties you might be facing or even what you are attempting to accomplish by using Salesnet.
