Very Intuitive,easy to use best opensource Hr tool.I have been using this since one year,it solves the often daunting tasks of managing all aspects of employees/management and does so without the usual steep learning curve associated with many HRMS tools.Its rich features Time management,leave management,self service,Self Appraisal made it very handy & professional.Best part is its totally free & has good support for everything.I strongly suggest Sentrifugo HRMS, Hr software which is complete full-suite & highly configurable.

Couldn't find any worst things.Expecting payroll module to be implemented to make the application more feasible.Enable multilingual feature for any future updates.Configuration is bit tough in the previous version of Sentrifugo 2.0 Beta but has improved & customized with its enhanced features in the latest release of Sentrifugo 2.1ajgdkadhaksjflfjdsfjf

Excellent Product,User friendly & robust HR Management system. Sentrifugo HRMS is well suited for a variety of industries. While the product is delivered with a great HR solutions for all employees, it is configurable to accommodate unique working situations. Great and useful system. Especially, thanks for the open source Sentrifugo 2.1 version.

This has been a useful product to our company because of its simplicity and intuitive user design experience. From the installation to the implementation of the system, the employees had learned how to use it because of its user friendly interface. Moreover, it is an open source program where users can be free to try.

Sometimes there are missing pages in the site and we are getting http 404 errors. But closing the app and reopening it again can do the twist. However, I heard that they are already fixing this issue which is a good news for devoted users who are using this software for many times.

This is a software that contains slew of features where users can use it with flexibility. In addition to that, they can also customize this that can meet their needs. Its dashboard, interview schedule, time management, and the feed forward are some of the features that you can also check on the software.

My company wanted to move to a system that was automated, integrated and efficient so we moved on to Sentrifugo. There customer service has been absolutely fantastic during the implementation process. Our company just moved out of implementation and our HR manager is new, but is one of my favorite parts of Sentrifugo. We also love the self service & time management.

Would like to see a little more customization of Sentrifugo. We were not able to change the colors, the dashboard layout, etc. The dashboard included company announcements, birthday and work anniversaries, helpful links, etc. The reporting section of sentrifugo isn't great because there is no customization after you've created the report. The user interface was much nicer so I would just suggest some enhancements in that area.

Sentrifugo need to streamline the hiring process. It's easier and quicker than having to have the applicants come sit and fill out paper and then come back again everything can be done without the person ever having to come to the office. Our goal, as I stated before, is to eliminate manual processes. Sentrifugo solved this problem for us in a lot of ways.
