What was the best part about using vtiger?
This CRM system which includes a project manager, inventory tracker and customer managing features. It could be used by sales, marketing or support within a company. Specifically by improving prospect experience through sales, marketing and support automation with correlating insights and it's a powerful system. It's possible to manage prospects, automate common tasks, track and create reports all within the main interface. There is a free full feature trial available and email marketing is also free up to 10,000 emails per month. It offers linked opportunities in the sales pipeline for assigning the appropriate person or company to leads and deals. Move prospects through stages, track progress, attach quotes and contracts and automatically transfer information into the lead workflow. And it allows for new projects with assignable tasks and milestones. While allocating leads to proper channels which are easily found. Attaching files, teamwork and tracking are all available inside the dashboard and it's all quite simple to use. You can allow access to a private support portal and share the history, files and to collaborate. And allow for downloadable invoices and proposals with the ability to update cases with a customizable knowledge base which was solid. It also shows a history of relationships with prospects and customers and a detailed profile with file attachments and notes. It's very comprehensive as you can create drip email campaigns with email templates and built in autoresponder. Store products and service including description, images, pricing, bar codes and quantities. Create reports, tables and charts on the team, for the pipeline, product or service. Pin charts to the dashboard or export to a spreadsheet. And utilize a visual pipeline in real time via the dashboard and move the prospect through stages with a single click. Link contact forms from websites to create prospects or contacts leads from form submissions too. It currently starts at $10 per month, per user with a free, full feature trial available with no credit card required. It would be a suitable CRM for all kinds of organizations such as small, medium & large business, non-profits and freelancers. VTiger is mobile and works with iPad, iPhone, Android with an API for custom usage.
I like the ability to prioritize sales pipeline opportunities, and to organize contacts, prospects and accounts within Salesforce if need be. And the capability of generating leads and manage marketing campaigns with the marketing module. To import contacts via business card photos. To identify and track purchase history. And to build a knowledge base for customers. This is a huge time saver by removing commonly repeated questions as support tasks. The integrations are most of the systems we already use so that's great for our workflows. The ability for detailed and custom workflows is great. Another highlight is the ability to share reports with partners. I haven't test VTiger support yet buy by all accounts so far in my research it is excellent. The pricing is extremely fair especially as an all in one CRM without having to pay for add-ons.
What would you change about your experience with vtiger?
I believe the CRM interface may be slightly out of dated just in terms of design. And their mobile app could do more but I'm sure that's a work in progress but overall there is a lot of value provided in my opinion with a good ROI possible.

By all accounts, this is a cost effective CRM solution with a ton of value. I've read reports of 99% uptime and highly responsive support with updates to their software constantly. With VTiger you could track all inbound leads which will lead to increased conversion rates with analysis of data. So far in my journey to find the best CRM VTiger is right near the top of the list. Recommended.
