What was the best part about using WhiteSource?
WhiteSource Software has impressed me with their excellent customer support service. They provide quick response to immediate problems which for me is what makes a company great. Attention to even little details and also to small minority users is what make their support so great that you can be assured that detailed information will be relayed to you whenever you ask for it.
What would you change about your experience with WhiteSource?
I have encountered a few issues with it like a few dependencies that are not detected but they always make it to the point where they address every little issue that their customers face in using their product. I have also experienced occasional slowdown on the interface but at the end of the day, it’s all well and good

A great product. With their superb customer service support team and amazing product features, it can help many individuals in making their work easier and faster. The setup is very easy and the interface is decently simple. You can always use the trial to evaluate this tool but I highly recommend getting it since it includes a complete package which will manage your open source license usage as well as manage vulnerabilities in your system security.

What was the best part about using WhiteSource?
WhiteSource has a straightforward design and clean user interface which makes accessing to features an easy task. WhiteSource is primarily an open source solution but they offer pricing plans that have additional features. The Business plan has an unlimited support of languages, seats and builds agents as well as access to the REST API for developers.
What would you change about your experience with WhiteSource?
The business plan is slightly priced high and it can be afforded for small businesses although the pro version is relatively adequate. The RESP API is not available under the free plan and even under the professional pricing plan. Some users of WhiteSource complaints about the overload user interface with animations and the false-positives within the security alerts.
Overall Feedback
WhiteSource has a sleek user interface with plenty of features for companies seeking an IT management solution. The support service is offering learning material including video tutorials, manuals, through the FAQ and more. WhiteSource has the ability to support PHP, Scala, Clojure, python, Objective-C, Swift 2.0, C++, JS, Java, .Net and more. WhiteSource can be suitable for midsized companies to large businesses.
