What was the best part about using WORKetc?
As far as the help desk category itself goes, I think WORK etc is a very useful platform for setting up an independent help desk. With this platform, you can do almost anything you imagine. It's intuitive and very fun. WORK etc is basically the ideal software for start up companies, but I have to say that they should lower their prices a bit, just to attract more customers.
What would you change about your experience with WORKetc?
I can definitely say that there is nothing bad to say about the experiences I had with this company. Everything worked fine, and even though I haven't used WORK etc much, I'd like to recommend it. A great thing is that I haven't even stumbled across bugs that I could mention here, so all in all, you have a very decent platform here. I really appreciate their work and I honestly think this piece of software is really good.

Yes, WORK etc does look like an average platform for creating and managing your own help desk, but I honestly think it's not! Believe me, with these guys, you get control over a very powerful piece of software that is very good for what I've just mentioned. I saw what they have in offer, and after almost half a year, I can still say that their services are absolutely satisfactory, and I can't complain about much. Try it yourself!
