What was the best part about using Zoho Docs?

The best part about using Zoho Docs is that this is an online document management application that allows you add files into Zoho Docs from other sources, create and edit documents, copy, move, and tag files, share your files and folders and store files offline. So, it is a robust, flexible and helpful tool with a lot of features. The functionality of Zoho Docs is one of its best characteristics.

What would you change about your experience with Zoho Docs?

I think that the worst part about using Zoho Docs is that you cannot edit the contents of spreadsheets using this app. So, editing of spreadsheets have to be done through a full web browser or other software. That is the only bad part of it. Zoho Docs has a flexible design and an user-friendly interface.

Overall Feedback

If you need a software in your office with features that allows you create, manage, organize, share and collaborate on documents easily, you need something like Zoho. It brings word processor, spreadsheets, presentations, online file storage, document revisions, task management and full text search. It's a tool that is definitively worth a try.

What was the best part about using Zoho Docs?

Zoho Docs is a great online document Management tool which provides you many useful features to use in order to organize your documents. In my opinion the best part of Zohodocs software is that you can have easy access to your stored files and documents, even if you are constantly moving.

What would you change about your experience with Zoho Docs?

There are not many disadvantages to mention about Zohodocs. Although the pricing policy is something that bothers me. I would like to have more elastic pricing plans. Also Zohodocs does not provide the email service for free. You have to pay separately this particular service.I believe this is another matter they need to consider to change!

Overall Feedback

To conclude Zoho Docs is a competent platform for document management. It provides a lot of new features compared to other softwares of the same category. It is very simple and flexible through its very minimal user interface. Last but not least, Zohodocs is compatible with many browsers and mobile platforms.

What was the best part about using Zoho Docs?

Zoho Docs is an amazing application as like its other sister applications it also integrates with them which will bring ease to use it. It doesn't create any complexity in managing the documents while at the same time its doesn't charge heavily like other applications. And it provides everything a user expect with a file management application.

What would you change about your experience with Zoho Docs?

Zoho Docs is mainly for small and medium sized business since its storage space are limited and it has several features which aren't needed at all since they don't use it. If they gonna use them then they would be big businesses but they might need much more features and storage space which aren't available with Zoho Docs.

Overall Feedback

For a user whose business size is small or medium then he would definitely like Zoho Docs and appreciate its features but in the longer run for a bigger business might lose an interest with zoho due to its storage space and inability to cope with its needs on several functions and features.

What was the best part about using Zoho Docs?

When it comes to the customization and options for the Zoho Docs, I can actually say that this is one of its great part. That is because you the tools collaborates to what the users’ needs and shares documents easily. In addition to that, tracking of the data of customers are helpful.

What would you change about your experience with Zoho Docs?

When I think of the worst part of this software, I think it’s the monthly fee which can add up. Moreover, some of its features have bugs and the tendency for it to log is at higher percentage. Maybe a few more testing on the tool will help to make it suitable for the users to use.

Overall Feedback

With the overall feedback of this software, I think that it is still better if users who might encounter this should try and test the software first if this can help the company and answer the requirements needed for document management. Thought the simple features of it works, still try to explore on what else can this features do.

What was the best part about using Zoho Docs?

Zoho Docs as document manager provides a best sheets view where can organization owners can use these sheets to manage the documentation data. This is the easiest one software that organizations can use it. Anyone can sign in here and can use it by having a look into it. Delivery of the document from one user to the next is possible now. Enterprise can take the benefit of the communication part by delivery the messages to the new team members. .

What would you change about your experience with Zoho Docs?

Zoho Docs has a problem of working online and needs proper speed of working in collaboration with internet. Their is need to add some more contents in the same software. This will make it more perfect and will give a chance to the users to take a number of benefits from one and only software. Zoho Docs is flexible one.

Document management for the firms is a difficult process, as in the modern era it is worsen to use the files, Zoho Docs helps to save the documents in a managed way. It has organized sheets and prefer these sheets for easy data entry and they also rely on the safety of the data. It provides better security to the information saved. Zoho Docs is reliable and working. The feasibility of the software is as related to the feature guidelines.

What was the best part about using Zoho Docs?

Zoho Docs is a powerful solution which is made to manage documents and share files seamlessly. It has an excellent editing tool and it offers sharing and collaborating functionalities. Zoho Docs is part of the Zoho Suite. Zoho Docs has all necessary application like a word processor, spreadsheets, and presentation software.

What would you change about your experience with Zoho Docs?

Zoho Doc can become a bit pricey with their monthly per-user plans. Zoho runs smoothly and seamlessly and it does not show any issue or bug. Zoho Docs is not so comparable to Microsoft Office which is a standard in the industry. Zoho Docs is available on mobile wich can be useful to access Docs on the go.

Overall Feedback

Zoho Doc Standard is very good document management software which is competing tightly to other services. I would recommend it over many other solutions.Zoho doc can support more files than what Google Docs does. Zoho Docs integrates well with Microsoft Office. The customer service from Zoho is good and the staff members are helpful and knowledgeable.

What was the best part about using Zoho Docs?

File sharing has made simpler and easier with Zoho Docs. With just a click of a button and the email address that you wish to share files is all it takes. Files can also be shared even without the software as there are permalinks for every document saved. Zoho Docs allow its user to share an entire folder and protect other files in it by adding a password. Hence, even though the entire folder is shared within a group, not all of them can view certain files on it. Expiry dates can also be added on the shared files to enable a certain time frame when the files are allowed to be shared.

What would you change about your experience with Zoho Docs?

Every user subscription fee may increase on a monthly basis. This implies that the company may require shelling out extra funds in order to have full access to Zoho Docs. The 1GB storage space may not be enough for most businesses that require more files to be uploaded. When you go on free trial it does not support mobile site of HTML5 or iPhone, updates made real time, tasks commenting, setting of deadlines, creation of task and project and setting of permissions on projects.

Without credit card information, you can start using the free trial of Zoho Docs. It will enable you to add up to 25 total users and 1GB for ever user. You are able to start working and maximizing its use on this trial period of 15 days as you can enable to use the desktop synchronization, tool for spreadsheet and presentation, word processor and more. You can do more if you will update with its standard subscription and even better with its premium subscription. Only remember that the subscription fee is for every user and not for the entire company.

What was the best part about using Zoho Docs?

As an avid Zoho fan, there is no better file management program for me! I love the fact it is integrated with Zoho Writer, Sheet and Show, not to even mention the classic simplicity of Zoho widget interface. It’s not overly complex and does exactly what a file management program is meant to do. By the way, it’s so cheap that it’s almost free! I don’t see a reason why anyone would ever need to use any other software than this.

What would you change about your experience with Zoho Docs?

I think the only downside to Zoho Docs is it's storage size. Despite the fact you can upgrade the storage space, you will have infinite battle with uploading your attachments. For me as a design area person, it's a bit of an head ache from time to time. I guess in the end though, the likeliness of this being a true issue, is rather small and it won’t stop you from appreciating the program’s true worth.

Zoho Docs is truly the easiest and most hassle-free file management softs I have ever had my hands on. It is stress-fee to use, the customer service is lovely like with any other Zoho widgets and it truly has all the functions you would like a file manager to have. For me this and its very competitive, cheap price, is all I need to have this program in my arsenal for many many years!

What was the best part about using Zoho Docs?

Zoho is very popular for its name and software products. Its CRM system, Zoho Docs is a competitor to Google Docs- and just for a change of pace I decided to try it. I was amazingly shocked to find out that I like it way better than Google docs. Its UI is much simpler and less complex to use and it offers just as many features if not more. Its cheaper than some of its competitors, and just as intuitive in many facets of implementation with other Zoho software programs.

What would you change about your experience with Zoho Docs?

There is only a few non-benefits of Zoho in comparison to some other alternatives. It seems to cater most to small-medium businesses and not larger corporations and businesses. There are also many advanced features that may not even be utilized from some users as well. There is a fine line there too many features- not enough brute to handle large businesses- this is the only dilemma I can foresee being problematic for potential users.

Overall Feedback

In my opinion, I prefer Zoho docs just because I am VERY biased against the monopoly that Google has over the entire Internet realm. But Zoho docs also has a great UI (user interfsce) that I find much more simple to navigate and use. Additionally, the small cost to use all of Zoho docs features is a bonus along with the fact that one can integrate and implement it in combination with other software programs and other Zoho products.

What was the best part about using Zoho Docs?

Zoho Docs Standard is anything but difficult to utilize and offers a decent suite of components for business clients, including record sharing and coordinated effort, light venture administration, and even propelled elements, for example, consistence and report maintenance. I can't say that this is dislike but maybe need some improvements. I am not satisfied of the available space.1GB of space possibly little for some organizations however overhaul is shoddy need to change to Zoho essayist for a complete editorial manager constrained programming/full scale in spreadsheets requirement for hurray or google email address for sharing.
