Zoho People

This software has a centralized employee information which organized details into a consolidated manner for an easy viewing. Further, the form features that it has are customizable and has a multi-factor for the authentication options that secures the information on the system. This makes the best part about using this software.

I guess that it is with their mobile application that sometimes lags. But after logging back again, the mobile app is all good to go. The HRIS platform can also be further improve such as the pen and paper feature which looks like out-of-date. Still, the software functions sufficiently for the users.

Though the software has HTTPS for all the pages that is in the platform, there are things that they can still improve on to catch up with the demands in the market place. I also hope that they can update and release new features in the upcoming months where we can utilized the structures that it has.

As a long-time Zoho service fan, I tried to give Zoho people a try and actually I was pleasantly surprised! Being completely web-based and as easy as any other Zoho app, it was a thrill to use it. Not only does it automate HR processes, I love it's self-service feature. For us, it took away a lot of hassle with paperwork and that is exactly what I want to see in a program like this. The price is also rather reasonable and for that price there are plenty of features that even a bigger business can benefit from!

I think the key minus to the program is universal with all Zoho programs - the platform itself. Honestly, as easy as Zoho People itself is, I find it a little dumb to go back and forth in my Zoho app-package... I've longed for some easier interface a while now but until they don't have such opportunity, I guess we are stuck with this app. But that doesn't take away the appeal from Zoho People!

Zoho People is a classic Zoho program and has all the features an HR program needs. It works like magic and I doubt you ever encounter any errors. If you do, Zoho customer service is brilliant and efficient so whatever the worry, they are there! I've yet seized to meet a better HR program and as an avid Zoho fan, this is my program to go for!
